About Friendship Bible Church

It is our desire at Friendship Bible Church to be a genuine representation of Christ’s body. God uses the word ecclesia to represent the church, which means, “the assembly of the called out ones.” We exist to bring God the glory, honor, and praise by being committed to the mandate that Christ has set for His church in the Great Commission. Our aim is to make disciples and grow together in Christian love and unity.

Since 1863, Friendship Bible Church has been faithfully proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. In 1963, our church building was moved to its current location, but the Gospel proclamation has always been the same and by the grace of God, will continue. Come join us and see that Friendship is not just a name we call our church, but rather is the culture that has been established by God’s Grace!

Our Core Values

Worship

Romans 12:1-2 exhorts us to live our lives as a spiritual act of worship to our Lord. Come gather together in worship with us Sundays at 10:00 AM.

Fellowship

Hebrews 10:24-25 instructs us to not forsake the gathering together. Christian fellowship, koinonia, spurs us on toward love and good deeds. Join us for prayer, praise, and the ministry of the Word at the Gathering service on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.

Discipleship

Titus 2:1-15 models discipleship in the church where older men and women are to teach and mentor the younger men and women. Friendship Bible Church offers multiple groups for true genuine discipleship and growth. Contact one of the Pastors to find the right group for you to get plugged into.
